Events trigger the opening, updating, and closing of incidents. For instance, if a network fault monitoring tool detects port utilization exceeding a threshold, Entuity generates a Port Utilization High Event. This event initiates a Port Utilization Abnormality Incident, which can be further updated or closed by subsequent associated events.
Maintain continuous oversight of your network with instant alert notifications. Automatically send emails to designated recipients when events and incidents meet predefined criteria.
